“Reconciling Attendance (Period) - Daily, Monthly, and District Level Procedures” is designed to provide educators with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage attendance at various levels, including daily, monthly, and district procedures.
Session Content
In this session, participants will:
Identify the different tasks that can be performed using the Attendance Dashboard to effectively manage attendance throughout the school year
Explore how the student data field impacts attendance reporting, enrollment, and updating program-grade changes for students, as well as enrollment and updating procedures for withdrawn students
Discover how to use the Attendance Management monitor to update student attendance and utilize the three Mass Change forms to make attendance updates efficiently
Examine the daily procedures for managing attendance, including recording and monitoring student attendance daily
Summarize the monthly procedures for managing attendance, including generating attendance reports and analyzing attendance patterns over a month
