Session Content

In this session, participants will: 

  • Describe the configuration and setup process for using Supplemental Attendance Sessions 

  • Identify district-owned Supplemental Attendance Programs and configure site-owned Supplemental Attendance Sessions, including calendar, staff, and student details 

  • Discuss the process of enrolling students in Supplemental Attendance Sessions and explain how to include Supplemental Attendance in Grade Reporting and Report 

  • Recognize various methods for teachers and staff to efficiently track attendance in Supplemental Attendance Sessions 

  • Summarize the process of accessing and running reports associated with Supplemental Attendance sessions to effectively manage and report on ASES, 21st CCLC, and ASSETs programs using Supplemental Attendance
