No Shows:


  • If a student was NOT enrolled in your school for the previous year, and you have NOT obtained an SSID, when you no show the student, you can delete the record from your school.
  • If a student was NOT enrolled in your school for the previous year and you DID obtain an SSID, when you no show the student, DO NOT delete the student record from your school.  Use an exit date after July 1st, but before the first day of school.
  • If a student WAS enrolled in your school last year and they are not returning, you must no show the student and DO NOT delete the student record from your school.  Use an exit date of the last day of school from the previous year.
  • If a student attended your district in the past (several years ago) and was enrolled to re-start this school year and you DID NOT submit a SENR file with your pre-enrolled and enrolled students, when you no show the student, you can delete the record.  
  • If a student attended your district in the past (several years ago) and was enrolled to re-start this school year and you DID submit a SENR file with your pre-enrolled and enrolled students, when you no show the student, DO NOT delete the record.  Use an exit date after July 1st, but before the first day of school.
