Known Issue - CERS Student Groups Extract Error Message for On-Demand Extract Files - FIXED 9/8/2022


UPDATE: This issue has been resolved with the 9/8/release. Here are the Revision Notes:

  • CERS Student Groups - For California users, on-demand extract generation was failing in some circumstances, fixed.


ISSUE:  As of the 9/2/2022 version, the CERS Student Groups Extract will not create extract files from the Select Profiles & Create Files tab. When attempting to create the CERS Student Groups files an Alert will appear indicating that the "CERS Extract Failed".  NOTE: the Scheduled Process is still working correctly. See CERS Student Groups Extract (BETA) for more information on setting up the Scheduled Process.
