Description
This four-hour training provides the basic mass scheduling steps and practices and an overview of procedures, forms, and reports used in master scheduling practices for preparation of the next school year using Flex Scheduling. The following features are included: Scheduling Setup, Scheduling Master Schedule Board, Master Schedule Board, course requests, managing sections, and scheduling students. In depth Complex Scheduling features and/or Master Schedule Theory are available with additional Aeries training.

- District Aeries Staff including Aeries Admin
- School Site Admin Staff including Principals and Assistant Principals
- School Site Aeries Staff including staff who would assist with data entry of student classes
Expected Outcomes
Upon completing this Aeries training session, attendees will be able to:
- Begin process for student scheduling for the next school year
- Enter course requests using various methods
- Understand and use various scheduling tables
- Create or copy scheduling tables
- Collect and enter student course requests
- Build master schedule sections
- Schedule students into classes
- Adjust Scheduling Master Schedule based on scheduling results and the use of Scheduling Analysis Reports
- Backup and Restore various versions of your scheduling tables
- Adjust individual student schedules
- Finalize scheduling tables
- Print student schedules and locator cards
