When running the CALPADS Summer ELPAC Testing Extract, no students are included in the Extract file.

Cause
When it is a new year, and Attendance has not been Initialized yet, the CALPADS Summer ELPAC Testing Extract process uses the students' School Code (STU.SC), Grade Level (STU.GR), Special Program (STU.SP) and the Calendar table (DAY) for each School Code to determine the expected Enrollment Date. If there is no Calendar at each of the individual schools, the Extract will not pull any students.
Resolution
Ensure that a Calendar exists at each school.
