Issue - One school was not extracted in the SDEM, SCSC, or CRSC files for CALPADS EOY 1 

Cause - Some of the student transcript records were missing the Section School (HIS.SSC) field. This is common when transcripts are hand-entered, but Section School (HIS.SSC) values are required to extract the SDEM, SCSC, and CRSC records for EOY 1 reporting. 

Solution - Add Section School (HIS.SSC) values where missing

Cause - Transcript Definitions is missing State Term Code values. 

Solution - Map the State Term Codes  

• The Terms tab allows the selection of the Semester/Term Headings that will print on the transcript. State Term Codes are required for CALPADS End-of-Year reporting.
