In the navigation, Attendance Letters will display with options for Attendance Letter Editor, Attendance Letter Options and Generate/Send Letters. All of these pages are used when sending District Attendance Letters. For additional information regarding these features, see District Attendance Letters.
The District Attendance Letter feature is meant to generate batches of letters at the district level, and allow school sites to confirm those letters before they are sent out. The District Attendance Letters have been adjusted to work in a flex school. District Attendance Letters

At the District level, navigate to School Info > Configurations > Attendance Letters.
District Attendance Letters has three pages: Attendance Letter Editor, Attendance Letter Options, and Generate/Send Letters.
NOTE: District Attendance Letters are not required to be used. Regular school based Attendance Letters can continue to be used if desired but it is not recommended to use both District Attendance Letters and regular school Attendance Letters. A District Setting is available to Disable School Based Attendance Letters.
