Answers to common questions about the Aeries Mobile Portal app for parents and students.
What does the Aeries Mobile Portal app do?
The app gives parents and students a quick, phone-friendly way to see information from the Parent/Student Portal. Depending on what your district has turned on, the app can include:

- Grades – class grades and assignments, including the 'What If' grade calculator
- Attendance
- Class Check-In – QR code class check-in (students only)
- Communications
- Report Cards
- State Test Scores
- Titan – school meal account
- Payments – fees and payments
- Notifications
- Contacts
- Demographics
- Full Portal – opens the full Parent/Student Portal for anything not in the app
For an overview of the app and how districts set it up, see Aeries Mobile Portal App - Overview.
Is the app a replacement for the Parent/Student Portal?
No. The app is a quicker way to see some of the information in the Parent/Student Portal. Many areas of the Parent/Student Portal are not in the app. To see anything the app doesn't show, tap Full Portal (under More on most phones) to open the full Parent/Student Portal inside the app.
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free to download from the App Store and Google Play, and it has no in-app purchases. Your district must turn on the app before you can use it, and some options, such as grade alerts sent to your phone, are available only if your district has set them up.
Will there be premium features in the future?
No. There are currently no plans to add premium features or in-app purchases.
