This error typically occurs because a staff record was submitted to CALPADS erroneously and needs to be removed.

Do not address ANY CERT errors until after the Fall 2 submission (SDEM, SASS, CRSE and SCSE) files have been posted with few to no errors.  The probable cause of most CERT errors is due to file extracts that have not yet been posted error-free.   The second most likely cause of CERT errors results from data that has not been correctly populated in Aeries.


Delete the staff record in CALPADS.  If necessary, open a service ticket with CALPADS for assistance in deleting the record.
