Master Schedule


Elementary Schools do not need to use a Master Schedule for CALPADS Reporting. The appropriate CALPADS- Specific fields are also available on the Elementary Teachers form.


The Master Schedule page can be accessed on the navigation tree under Scheduling Process for secondary schools.

CALPADS has retired this code set. Civil Rights is still collecting for the 15- 16 school year reporting.
All sections associated with "NCLB Core Courses" must have each teacher assignment populated with a Highly Qualified value. The CALPADS Codes for this field differ from those codes used in the past so be sure to verify your data is populated correctly. This information can optionally be populated in the STH (Staff Highly Qualified) table. And then by using the "Populate MST HQT from STH" Macro, the fields in the Master Schedule will get populated. This does require that you have the NCLB Core Area populated on the Courses form.
