Can permissions be granted Only to the Course Request Letter Text Editor?

The Course Request Letter Text Editor requires permissions to the LTR table. Granting permissions to this table provides access to all letter text editors associated with the LTR table and cannot be limited to only the Course Request Letter Text Editor.
