Issue

CERS Student Group Extract API Scheduled Process is enabled but specific profiles are not extracting at the specified time. 



Resolution

If some profiles are not extracting with the Scheduled Process and no errors are produced, it is likely a missed setting in the Profile.


The Individual Profiles will be included in the Scheduled Process if the checkbox is marked. 



Verify

An easy way to verify the profile is set to be included in the Scheduled Process is on the Profile tab. The Scheduled Process needs to be set to True.
