Question:

Why are Pre-Enrolled Students that attended this year, left, and are returning next year being skipped in CALPADS Extracts?

Pre-Enrolled Students that were enrolled in the current year, left the school, and are now being pre-enrolled for next year, will be skipped if the Pre-Enrolled STU.TG code is set to be skipped on the Other Options tab on the CALPADS Extracts page. Pre-Enrolled status tag does not have to be skipped as Pre-Enrolled records are not pulled unless they were enrolled at some point in the current year, left, and are now pre-enrolled for next year
