The SIRS extract is not including the Behavior Emergency records for Restraint and Seclusion, even though all the information is present.
Cause
The Students' BER records are being entered with a School of Incident at the District School (0).
Resolution
To ensure proper extraction for state and federal reporting, the student BER records must be entered in Aeries with the actual school where the incident took place (School of Incident) rather than the District School.
