Navigate to Student Data > Other > Authorizations.

NOTE: The Parental Permission (authorization) code can also be viewed and updated in corresponding fields on the Language Assessment page under BIL/ESL Placement Authorization.

NOTE: A program card 146/147 for Bilingual and ESL is still required for students not authorized in order for the authorization denial to sync in the Student Language Instruction Program Association Entity.
Leave the Program Type (PGM.TY) blank in the Program Card (PGM.CD = 146 or 147) to sync only the authorization information. See Ed-Fi - Alternative and Supplemental Services Field Mapping.
