Session Description
“Graduation Requirements, Grad Tracks and Graduation Status”, provides training on student graduation requirements, tracking, and college admissions tracking. Participants will learn how to navigate the course table and graduation requirements table, set up multiple graduation tracks, and utilize various pages and reports to track student graduation status and college admissions status.
Session Content
In this session, participants will:
Describe the process of adding graduation requirements and mass updating graduation status
Discuss the use of Off-Grade Courses and demonstrate the ability to create and utilize these courses
Recognize the steps to navigate the course table and graduation requirements table
Summarize the methods for setting up multiple graduation tracks
Discuss the utilization of various pages and reports to track student graduation status and college admissions status
