The Students With Perfect Attendance report will provide a list of students who do not have specific Absence Codes in their attendance record during a specified date range. The report can be run for daily or period attendance.
Filter Reports by "students with perfect attendance" or navigate to Reports > Attendance > Students With Perfect Attendance.
Choose the format for the printed report:
At a daily attendance school, the report is analyzing the data in the All Day code. The report can be printed in two formats:
- Perfect Daily Attendance - a single list of students
- Perfect Daily Att by Teacher - students are grouped with their teacher
At a period attendance school, attendance can be evaluated by the All Day code or by period attendance fields. To run the report for period attendance, one more format is provided:
- Perfect Period Attendance - a single list of students
Next, select the date range for the report:
To limit the report based on students' enrollment dates, select the date. For example, if the report is being run at the end of the year, you might not want to include students who started at your school during the past two weeks.
Select the Absence Codes that will count against perfect attendance. If a student has one or more of the Absence Codes selected in their attendance record during the date range selected, they will not appear on the report.
In the example above, the A (Unverified), D (Dr Note), I (Illness), K (In School Suspension), O (Other), S (Suspended), and U (Unexcused) Absence Codes are selected. If a student has any of those codes in their attendance record during the date range specified, the student will not be counted as having perfect attendance.
Click Run Report.
