Accessed from the navigation tree under the Student Data then the Programs node. Entering the GATE (GTE) data below will create a Program record for the CALPADS SPRG file with an Education Program Code of 127. If using the GATE form, it is not necessary to add a record in Special Programs (PGM).

Either the Eligibility Start Date or the Participation Start Date need to be populated. If both are populated, Eligibility will be used. Because the Gate program is an eligibility program, the start date does not need to be within the student’s enrollment at a school. |
