Courses, Classes, Course Attendance, or other secondary-level pages do not display in the navigation menu at the district level.

Cause

The School Type (LOC.E) in School Settings for School 0 is set to Elementary. When set to Elementary, the navigation menu displays only pages relevant to elementary schools and excludes secondary pages such as Courses, Classes, and Course Attendance.

Resolution

Navigate to School Settings at the district level (School 0) and update School Type:

For districts with only elementary schools: Elementary is correct
For districts with secondary or mixed school types: set to Secondary or Flex
