NOTE: This query does not include inherited permissions
LIST UGP UGN UGN.UID UGN.UN UGN.TY UGN.UTY UGN.CD UGN.XD UGN.ST UGP.TC UGP.RD UGP.UP UGP.INS UGP.DL UGP.MU UGP.AD UGP.YR BY UGN.UN IF UGN.TY = 2
The results will display the following information:
- User ID
- User Group Name
- Type of Account
- User Type
- Creation Date of Group
- Expiration Date of Group
- Status of Group
- Table Code
- Read Permission
- Update Permission
- Insert Permission
- Delete Permission
- Mass Update Permission
- Administer Permission
- Database Year
When reviewing the permissions for Read, Update, Insert, Delete, Mass Update, and Administer fields:
- 0 = No Permission Assigned
- 1 = Granted
- 2 = Denied
