Issue
Gradebook Assignments by Student report emailed to parents shows scrambled/condensed text
Cause
This issue occurs when the report is viewed in specific email applications, such as (but not limited to): the Yahoo Email App or the default iPhone Mail Client. This issue is not related to our product but rather to how the email clients render the report’s formatting.
Resolution
- Use the Parent Portal - for the best experience, log in to the Parent Portal to view the progress report information.
- View the report on a desktop version of email instead of the Mail App
