How to add a new Medication Code to the Medication Table

Step 1: Navigate to the Update Code Table page

Step 2: Table Code = MLM and Field Code = CD 

Step 3: Click on Add New Record

Step 4: Add a Code and a Description

Step 5: Save the record by clicking on the Diskette icon

Once the record is saved, the medication will show on the dropdown on the Medication Log page
