When selecting Counselor (CNF.CU) from the Counseling table in a Query where School Options has Use Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking set to yes, the Query will not return data for the Counselor name (CNF.CU) selected from Staff unless the name was hand entered into the Counseling record. 

Cause

The Counselor Name (CNF.CU) field from the Counselor table does not read the Staff table when Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking is selected in School Options

Solution: 

Include both the CNF.CU field (for hand-entered staff) and the User Insert (CNF.IUN) field (for staff inserted via the dropdown from the Staff table) in the Query so the Counselor Name will populate in the query results.
