Issue

The LTEL Import email indicates that no students have data replaced with new values.

Cause

The Long Term English Learner (LAC.LT) field imports data from the file for any student with a Status code of LTEL and AR-LTEL. Additionally, to update the Long Term English Learner (LAC.LT) and Years as English Learner in US School (LAC.YEL) values with new values, the Overwrite existing LTEL Values option must be selected.

Resolution

Verify that the number of students updated matches those with the Status code of LTEL and AR-LTEL in the LTEL file. If student values need to be updated, select the Overwrite existing LTEL Values option.
