Why do the Parent Conference Days shows as Attendance Days?

The Parent Conference Code is strictly informational. If the Parent Conference days on the Calendar need to be "non-attendance" days, the code would need to be either a School Not in Session or a Staff Development code to show these days as "non-attendance"
