The Birthday Listing Report returns a message that there is No Data to print, or the report is incomplete, not listing all students with a birthday in the selected Month.
Environment
- Use Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking is enabled
Cause
With Staff ID Based Counselor Tracking enabled, the Birthday Listing Report pulls data from the STU.CNS field on Demographics. If the STU.CNS field is 0 (no staff number added), the student will not print on the report. If there are no students with the STU.CNS populated, the report will generate the No Data message.
Resolution
Populate the STU.CNS field for students.
