List of Students with a 504 Plan from the 504 Plan page Print

As there is not currently a canned report for a list of students with an active 504 Program when using the 504 Plan page, this information can be queried.

Query: LIST the student's School code, ID, Name, Grade, 504 Plan Effective Date, and Leave Date when the plan is still active, (Leave date is NULL, or Leave date is greater than the last day of school).

LIST STU FOF STU.SC STU.ID STU.NM STU.GR FOF.SD FOF.ED IF FOF.SD # NULL AND ( FOF.ED = NULL OR FOF.ED > 06/30/2024 )
