Why is the Special Education Exit Reason field unable to be edited? 

The Special Education Exit Reason field (CSE.XR) was removed from view on the Special Education page as it has been retired from CALPADS.

If a student already has an Exit Reason in that field, the field will be visible but not editable. If there is no data in that field, the field will not be visible at all.
