ISSUE: WBLR File Failed 

The file results will show Failed with a random student ID when there are no Internship records populated for the current year. Programming is looking to enhance the message to read "0 records" instead of Failed.

The information for this file is extracted from the Internships page, which includes Inactive Internship records with the current year criteria.

Cause

The data does not meet the necessary criteria for extraction. The following query can be run to identify records that either meet the criteria or reveal missing information:

• LIST STU IDN ISP STU.SC STU.ID ISP.SD ISP.ED ISP.EMP ISP.CO ISP.SE ISP.TRH ISP.TRD ISP.TXH ISP.WT ISP.EE ISP.SE ISP.CS ISP.SCS IF ISP.SD > 07/01/20xx 

• Include Inactive Students
• Replace 'xx' with the current school year.

Assure that the records meet the criteria for each Internship Type as seen below:
