These reports must be run for each 6-week reporting period. For a particular campus, data totals for all Student Detail Reports add up to respective totals on the Campus Summary Report. Data totals for all Campus Summary Reports add up to respective totals on the District Summary Report. If a school offers multiple tracks, student detail are summarized by individual tracks.
Before running these reports, be sure your Attendance Reporting Periods are set up.

Reports > Student Attendance Detail
Choose your Report options. The Report will print by Grade level.
Student Attendance Summary Report
Reports > Student Attendance Summary
This report totals the Student Summary Detail reports by Grade level at the School and District Level.
When run at the District Level, you can choose which Schools to include. Each School's Summary Report will be printed with the last page being the District total
