The Student Reports menu is accessible from the Student Data | Demographics page.  From the Pages navigation tree, search for Demographics.  Several quick-access reports are available for the displayed student.



Click the Reports button on the bottom of the Demographics page.



The following menu will display the reports available for the student:



Student Withdrawal Form

The Student Withdrawal Form can be used during the student check-out process when students are leaving a school.  


Click Withdrawal Form from the Reports menu on the Demographics page.



Click the Run Report button.

Displayed below is an example of the Withdrawal Form in a school using Period Attendance and includes the student's schedule.



Student Data Report

The Student Data Report displays Demographics, Enrollment Information and Student Photo.  To print this report for all students see:  Student Data Printout Report.


Click Student Data from the Reports menu on the Demographics page.



The following report options are available:

  • Print Student Photo - prints Student Photo.
  • Print Shaded Lines - prints alternate line shading.  If not selected, the report will print on a white background.
  • Print Student Lives With Information - prints the Contact designated as Lives With (CON.LW).
  • Print User Codes - prints the Student User Codes (STU.U1 - U13).
  • Print Verification Pass Code - prints the Verification Pass Code (STU.VPC). 
  • Print Class Schedule - this option is available when using a master schedule.  If selected, the student's class schedule will print.

When all options have been selected, click the Run Report button.

Emergency Card

The Emergency Card Report displays the information from the Demographics page, Student Photo, Parent/Guardian Information, Emergency Contacts, Sibling Information and Medical Information.  To print this report for all students see:  Student Emergency Card Report.


Click Student Data from the Reports menu on the Demographics page.



The following report options are available:

  • Print Contact's Red Flag - prints Red Flags (FLG).
  • Print Print Student Picture -prints Student Photo.
  • Print Siblings Information - prints Sibling Information (STU.FK).
  • Print Medical Information - prints Medical Information (STU.HP).
  • Include Inactive Students - includes Inactive Students (STU.TG).
  • Print Authorizations - prints Authorizations (AUT).
  • Print Student Schedule - this option is available when using a master schedule.  If selected, the student's class schedule will print.
  • Print Two Signature Lines - prints two Parent Signature Lines on the bottom of the report.
  • Double Side Printing - allows for duplex printing.

When all options have been selected, click the Run Report button.

Student Envelope

The Student Envelope prints an envelope for the selected student or for all students.


Click Student Envelope from the Reports menu on the Demographics page.



The following report options are available:

  • Envelope Feeder on the Left Side of Tray - allows for envelope placement on printer feeder tray.
  • Envelope Feeder on the Center of Tray - allows for envelope placement on printer feeder tray.
  • Envelope Feeder on the Right Side of Tray - allows for envelope placement on printer feeder tray.
  • Send to Parent - prints envelope addressed to parent instead of student.
  • Print All Students - prints envelopes for all students.
  • Left and Top Margin - allows for adjustment of the address placement on the envelope.

When all options have been selected, click the Run Report button.



Student Summons Call Slip

The Student Summons Call Slip produces a call slip (office pass) for a student.


Click Student Summons Call Slip from the Reports menu on the Demographics page.



The following report options are available:

  • Message Category - lists Category to filter for a Message Text.
  • Select Message - lists the messages available.
  • Message Text (Editable) - displays the Selected Message and allows for editing or adding additional text.
  • Date to Report - allows for a Date entry.  Defaults to current date.
  • Time or Period - allows for a specific Time or Period.
  • Print Student Number - prints Student Number (STU.SN).
  • Print Permanent ID - prints Student ID (STU.ID).
  • Print Birthdate - prints Student Birthdate (STU.BD).
  • Print Grade - prints Student Grade (STU.GR).

When all options have been selected, click the Run Report button.
