The Standards Based set up tables are district-owned in Aeries.  Once the Standards Based Grades are set up at one school it will be available to all schools in the database. The Standards Based Grades module is comprised of the following tables:

 

STN – Standards (District owned)

SBV – Standards Based Valid Marks (District owned)

COD - Mark Type Descriptions (District owned)

SBD – Standards Based Template Details (District owned)

SBS – Standards Based Templates (District owned)

SBE – Standards Based Setup (District owned)

SBR – Standards Based Courses (District owned)

OPT - Options (contains Standards Based Options records)

GRO - Grade Reporting Options (contains Standards Based Options records where TY = "E". These records record the report card type, date range and term of the last time Standards Based Grades was initialized.)

SBC – Standards Based Comments

SBG – Standards Based Grades

SBH – Standards Based History

CRS - Courses (for Elementary with Master Schedule schools that want to have the teacher for the course enter the grades rather than the "homeroom" teacher enter all grades for the student)



Minimum permissions to view or modify the Standards Based Report Card Templates are:
