Session Description

“Enrollment Data Management” is a 2-period session designed specifically for California schools. This session focuses on the effective management of enrollment data in Aeries, with a particular emphasis on key areas such as the start of the school year, exit reasons, graduates, no shows, and summer withdrawals.  


Session Content

In this session, participants will: 

  • Identify the key components of the enrollment process in Aeries, including the role of CALPADS reporting 

  • Discuss strategies for effectively managing withdrawal data, graduates, completers, matriculation, and student withdrawals in the context of California school enrollment 

  • Recognize and utilize helpful reports within Aeries to streamline enrollment data management processes 

  • Summarize the knowledge and skills required to efficiently manage enrollment data in Aeries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness 

  • Select and apply techniques to enhance skills and streamline enrollment processes for improved data accuracy and efficiency
