Session Description
This session focuses on using the Scheduling Master Schedule (SMS) Board to define and link sections in order to create student groups such as teams, houses, and academies. Participants will explore strategies that apply to both Traditional and Flex Scheduling models in Aeries. A basic understanding of scheduling in Aeries is recommended.
Session Content
In this session, participants will:
- Identify appropriate scheduling tools for various grouping structures, including houses, academies, and team teaching
- Use student and section tagging to support the Scheduling Group feature
- Set up master schedule sections and schedule students using the Team Course Group feature
- Set up master schedule sections and schedule students using the Class Link feature
