This document is intended to guide district technology staff in the configuration of the components required to export student, class, and roster data from your SIS to send to JumpRope. Once correctly configured, the automated daily export system will allow JumpRope student, schedule, and roster data to be one-way synchronized with rosters in your SIS on a daily-basis.

**Please see here for instructions specific to PowerSchool, and here for instructions specific to Infinite Campus.

Setup requires that your SIS have the capability to send a set of exports via SFTP on a scheduled basis, or that you can script an export that uploads data via SFTP. The exported data must meet the specifications below.

Files must be sent to host sftp.jumpro.pe (port 22) nightly between the hours of 8 PM EST and 2AM EST. Please connect with your JumpRope Implementation Manager for your credentials to connect to the server.

Templates for the five files JumpRope requires can be found as Google docs here, and required fields with definitions are below. Please title each exported file using the file name shown in bold below. Files should include headers. Note that the alphanumeric designation assumes no spaces or special characters unless otherwise noted. If you have an option to include double quotes around each field (some systems do this automatically, some offer an option) please DO include the quotes.
