Why did the 'missing' score not import into my JR Grade sheet?

Scores marked 'missing' in Classroom are not supported in the JR Grade sheet. Please enter these scores directly into your JR Grade sheet.

Why did some scores in Classroom not import into my JR Grade sheet?

Only scores that are within the Grading Scale of your school's JumpRope settings will import into your JR Grade sheet. For example, your school may only support 1-4 in JR but your Classroom allows you to score 1-100. Scores not on the 1-4 scale will not import into JR. Non-numeric scores are not currently supported in the synch.

Students are identified and scores aligned to them based on the email address associated with JumpRope. If this address and the one they utilize for Google Classroom do not match, scores will not be imported for them. Hover your mouse over a students' name on your Grade sheet to check what email address is setup for them in JumpRope.

My school enters scores in JumpRope using a non-numeric scale (i.e. B, A, P, E...). Why are these types of scores not currently supported for the integration with Google Classroom?

Google Classroom currently supports only numeric scales. To stay consistent with this, JumpRope will only import those values in this iteration of the feature. Possible updates in JR may include consideration of non-numeric scales.
