Can a payment imported through the Import Transactions to Payments file be applied to a specific charge?

Payments are applied to the overall outstanding balance. Charges flagged as Required Next Payment are satisfied first, followed by remaining charges in oldest-to-newest order. Directing an imported payment to a specific charge is not possible.
