Does the Street Management Page validate from the DecisionInsite API, or does it only utilize the Street table (STR)?

The Street Address Management page uses the Street table (STR) for its Mass Update and address validation functions. When the district option DecisionInsiteValidation is enabled, the Mass Update functions are not available on this page — the page displays a message indicating that DecisionInsite is configured for address validation instead.
