Student Gmail Account Status After Graduation (Early and End-of-Year Graduates)

The status of student Gmail accounts after graduation is determined by the district’s configuration settings in Google Integration - Configuration

• Suspend Accounts for inactive students- Students who become inactive in Aeries will have their Google accounts suspended
• Suspend accounts that are no longer linked to a student record – Will suspend any Google account nested under the student root org unit that was previously linked to a student in Aeries but for which there is currently no Student Data (STU) record in Aeries

• Suspend accounts outside the age/grade ranges -  Will suspend any Google account nested under the student root org unit if the student is outside a specified grade range and/or age range
