How are email and password fields formatted in the Google Apps Integration export?

Name-based placeholder values are converted to lowercase when substituted into student username and password patterns.

• Affected placeholders: [first-name], [last-name], [middle-name], [first-name-initial], [middle-name-initial]
• [birth-month] and [birth-day] are formatted as two-digit values (e.g., 03, 09)
• Email addresses are not case-sensitive, so lowercase formatting has no impact on delivery or login
• Google passwords are case-sensitive; the case applied at initial account creation is required for login
