Can a new School be Added Before the New Year Rollover?
Yes, If the district will be opening a new school next year, add the new school record (LOC) in the
current school year and set the grade range appropriately (LOC.LO, LOC.HI)
Also, using Update Code Table, update the STU.NS field to include that new school, so students can be tagged to go to the new school, prior to New Year Rollover.
