This article provides steps to lock staff entered Course Requests prior to students entering additional Course Requests via the Student Portal to ensure the students do not delete any staff entered Course Requests.

  • Example: a School Site may have Staff enter Core Course Requests in mass, prior to opening the Window for students to select Elective Course Requests. 

Once all Staff entered Course Requests have been entered, navigate to the Query page and run the following Query

  • CHANGE STU SSS SSS.RT TO "*"

When the window has closed for Students to enter Course Requests, navigate to the Query page and run the following Query to Un-lock the Course Requests

  • CHANGE STU SSS SSS.RT TO " "
