On the Mass Change Attendance Codes page, why doesn't the Change All Day Code option update when there is an existing "A" Code?
The Mass Change Attendance Codes page option to Change All Day Code will only change the All Day code, if it is blank unless the School Setting Option of Populate All-Day Attendance Code Automatically is enabled. When this option is enabled, the Mass Change Attendance Codes page option to Change All Day Code will change the All Day code, if it is blank or Unverified (usually A code). It will never change a verified Absence Code.
NOTE: Only students with blank or Unverified absence codes in the All Day Code field will be included when Change All Day Code function is processed. This only applies to schools where Populate All-Day Code Automatically is enabled in School Settings. When this option is disabled, only students with blank All Day Codes are included.
