When a birthdate is entered by a perent in Online Enrollment on the Student's Name page, Aeries automatically assigns the Grade Level according to the student's birthdate, however the Grade Level can be changed. At this time there is not an option to lock this field. This article will advise how to add a Message to the page telling the parents NOT to change the grade level. 

Step 1: In the Online Enrollment Database under the Custom Text tab, find Grade Level Information.

Step 2: Add your message here asking for the Grade Level not to be Changed. See example below:

Step 3: You can select Preview to see what it will look like during the Online Enrollment process:
