Issue
The LOG table shows a parent portal account or a student portal account updating Secondary Student Data fields - SSD.RDW, SSD.RSD, and SSD.RUW even though they do not have update permission to SSD.

Cause
The Parent Access Restriction fields on the Secondary Student Data page are updated with values for the Date Warned, Start Date and 1st User Warned fields. The fields are auto-populated after the first login following the Parent Access Restrictions being configured for a student:
- SSD.RDW (date of the warning of the restriction) is populated with the date when the user logged into the portal and was first warned of the pending restriction.
- SSD.RSD (date the restriction started) is populated on the date the restriction first goes into effect.
- SSD.RUW (username of the 1st user warned of the restriction) is populated with the username of the first user to be warned of the pending restriction.
These field value changes will appear in the LOG table with the username of the portal account whose login first encountered the warning.
