When trying to create a Portal Document Request there is an error message when selecting Save and/or Save and Close
Cause
All fields are required except Options and Sub Category. If one of the other fields are not populated it will cause the error message shown below:
Resolution
Ensure all the required fields are populated Title, Description, Category, and Document Type
