Issue

The Missing Lunch Count report generates an error: 

• Error: System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.Collections.Generic.KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary.

Environment

Flex Scheduling schools using Daily Attendance and Lunch Count

Cause

One or more Master Schedule Sections occurring during the Primary ADA Time is missing a  Primary Teacher assignment 

Resolution

Assign a Primary Teacher to all Master Schedule Sections occurring during the Primary ADA Time 

School Options shows the Primary ADA Time

The Master Schedule Section and Section Staff tables show the Flex Period which does or does not occur during the Primary ADA Time as well as the missing Primary Teacher assignment
