To add an International Baccalaureate (IB) test part to the College Entrance Test (CTS) codes:

Step 1: Navigate to the Define College Entrance Test Codes page.

Step 2: Make sure that the IB test name has already been added under Other Test Names.

Note: If the IB test name has not been added, the record will need to be added

Step 3: Select Other Sub Tests and then select Add New Record.

Step 4: Add the new IB test part and save the record.

Step 5: Navigate to the College Entrance Test page. Under the Other tab, select IB on the Test dropdown. Then, select the Sub Test and save the record.  

Step 6: Select the IB tab. Then, select the pencil icon next the IB Test Part and enter the Scaled Total.
