Step 1: Run the following List Query to find the saved queries (QRY)

• LIST QRY SC QN QA IF QA = "Username"
  • Replace "Username" with the user's Aeries User Name

Step 2: Run the following Change Query to 

• CHANGE QRY SC TO XXX IF QA = "Username"
  • Replace "Username" with the user's Aeries User Name
    • Replace "XXX" with the new School Number 

**It is recommended that you run these queries in your Sandbox first to ensure that you get the expected results. It is also recommended that a backup copy of your QRY table be made prior to running this process in your live database for safety purposes.  

Note: If you are a Hosted District, you may put in a ticket to have the QRY table backed up for you.
